It is called Krav Maga, which is the Israeli designed "self-defense" system that is very effective and simple to learn. In addition, the one hour class is a great workout. It is taught every Mon & Wed at the Cool Springs YMCA 6:45-7:45pm and the JCC on Hwy 100 on Tues & Thurs(same time). She can go to www.midsouthkravmaga.com to learn moore about it. Marital art experience is NOT a requirement and all levels are taught at the same time. I will go with her tomorrow night if she wants...she can try it out for free for a couple of times to see what she thinks. I think all young mothers need to learn how to protect themselves and their children....especially in this day and age.....love you both!

I fish "The Hill" regularly in the spring and usually again in the fall. However withe the water level so low I probably will not fish there this spring. I am not sure where you could launch a boat! Geeeeez, you'd think it was brain surgery, but nope, it's Rheumatology :)==I talked with Ross's wife today having found him with a Google search that jarred my old brain cells into remembering his given first name, Preston. Yay!
